GVP PC 286 Install Disks

Hi Chaps

I have gotten hold of a GVP 286 PC card for my HD+8...
Not having much luck getting it to run wih KS 1.3 or 2.04

I have been using the atonce.dms disk from the l8r site to no avail.

Does any kind soul have the correct GVP diskset thery could upload to the zone for us pls..

Any tips or advice greatly appreciated

Arnie, that did the trick my friend

If I can find the utils disk too that would be awesome.

Here's some info to help others.

1. Bin the atonce-sys.dms image, not compaible 100%

2. Fit kickstart 2 rom in your a500, boot the floppy and set the configuration....

3. use the "execute atinstall dhx:", to install to HD

4. Now you can use kick 3 or 2 to start the gvp286.

Notes.....
1. The configuration program is KS2 friendly only, but the activation proggy will run with KS3 too.

2. If you reset the Amiga, the PC286 is not reset, you need to cycle the power to your HD+8 too...especially after a failed 286 start.

3. Not got it running with an a530...... yet

Are the programs on this disk for the PC i.e. all *.exe?

They are indeed my friend, it should be a 720K DOS Format disk.
