In search for defective custom ICs to test DiagROM

I am currently working on a DiagROM for the Amiga. that simply replaces the kickstart roms to make diagnostics of the machine.

To test this I need defective Amigas/Custom ICs the only thing that needs to work is that the powerled should go from dim->bright (OR blink) as then the CPU is working and are a (obvious) requirement for the ROM.

so I am in search for such stuff. anyone who got?

(and YES. when this is somewhat more ready, I will release full source etc of it)

Thanx. I have got some ICs here that are strange and perfect for testing when it comes to that part. well still searching for more.
