I am sure that there are some that pay, and most of us who just scrap the game or play base / what they get for free. Compared to above mentioned price of 70 euros/GBP or what not, how does that ultimate bundle for EU IV sounds? ![]() This is really ridiculous, and reason I don't spend money on DLCs... At 90%, you still looking to spend 45 bucks on single 'COMPLETE' game?! Since I am in retro-mode, playing Dead Space from 2008. ![]() Last edited by Anubis; 03 February 2023 at 01:08. |

That's the Civilization / Euro Truck Simulator 2 / the Sims type of crowd for you. As long as you produce DLC, they will keep giving you money to keep playing the same game.
If the Cracktorio devs would do that strategy, you know I'd have the lot. |

I don't know, I don't even own Dyson Sphere Program, played it on XBGP and did not bother getting the game when it was on sale, even it is far better than cractorio.
![]() BTW, how come you are still awake?! ![]() I really like Dead Space... why you did not tell me earlier to play it? ![]() |

Rise of the Tomb Raider - enjoying it. Although I hate all these XP points and crafting weapons, yawn!

Nop, missed this and whole a lot of games that were released around that time. There was period of couple of years when I was intensively playing Runes of Magic only - MMORPG. BTW, setting game on hard just makes play really fun. It is not how often you die - it is how often you can see what killed you. ![]() Gimbal, I have myself quite a bit of insomnia... enough to not being able to remember last time I slept through night. ![]() |

Funny enough the movie is a non-interactive video game.

The acting by the characters in the game is actually better than in the movie...

I worked out Cadaver level 1. The french translation is pure shite, dirty.
The game in itself has weird actions to do. Graphics, sound are great, but really, the game system is really clumsy.... Some puzzles are really "hair pulled, and very hard to devise". |

And that is what makes Cadaver unique rather than yet another isometric game with some mild puzzle elements

The idea was good but badly implemented. The interface is not intuitive enough, and the spell system should have been made easier. Their design choice is more than questionable.

Yeah throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks defines the era.

There were levels?? I owned original (got it with my Amiga), but never completed level 1, nor I knew there were levels. I just could not figure game mechanism. Me playing in English when I knew just basic of German probably did not help. ![]() Good ol' times. ![]() Speaking of how shitty was my knowledge of German - I did manage to finish Simon the Sorcerer with couple of hints from magazine that was also in German. ![]() |

![]() ![]() The thing I never got about Cadaver is why the controls are that convuluted. I understand that they had to think of how to map all those actions to one button and the stick, but surely there must have been a better way. And yes, there are 5 level in the game. |

Funny how someone discovering that Cadaver has levels is like a monthly thing now
