Cos SCSI DVD's dont come around that often and are usually too big anyway, have external SCSI CD Drive which is shared with a A500+ anyway so no need for internal!

The Pioneer 303S fits (just) and is way cool with it's slot loader.

They sell on ebay for about £10-£20

Having a look at it, there is no way to attach to case? Won't work!

Nothing on eBay UK/AU at the moment and I'd imagine a UK/US seller would want big $$$ to ship downunder anyway!

and eBay US.....http://cgi.ebay.com.au/PIONEER-DVD-3...QQcmdZViewItem ouch!!!

No I am sure a nice cheap piece of white A4000 plastic would so the trick and someone else can whack a drive in the slot!

Judging by the way that A4000's are selling on Ebay at the moment, are you willing to shell out 50 AU Bux for a face plate (Cheezy Grin).

I dont understand. Why not get a cheap CDRW or DVD IDE drive and be done with it? Lite-On are short and fit nicely, work great too.

Why don't you understand?

I know I can place a cheap IDE CDRW/DVD/Blu Ray what ever they think of next device but I don't want IDE.

I have a SCSI drive on a A4091 card.

I don't want IDE, I don't have to have IDE and I shouldn't just get IDE to fill a hole.

It's a simple request!
