Nice! Can you recap an LCIII? It works perfect as it is now but I think it will eventually suffer the same fate as any SMD board. I also have an A1200 that's never been touched and also works fine but I should probably get that recapped too. Do you have prices listed anywhere on your site? Just curious. Thanks for letting us know about your service.

Absolutely, we have been doing more Apple stuff lately.

1200 - $85
LC III - I'd say $60 (one hour of work).

Together I can do $125. $20 discount. If you're interested feel free to send me a DM.

All caps are removed, pads cleaned.

If I find the board needs ultrasonicing, I can do that as well (we have a 30L hehe), I'd do that for discounted price too.

Not that it'll be anytime soon because of current world issues, but perhaps late 2021 I've been thinking of getting my Amiga's recapped.

A1200
A500
A1000

What would be the cost for each of those? I have no idea what damage they have, if any, because I've never really taken them apart other than for a cursory glance.
Shipping cost might be an issue so I might end up having to find someone locally, but would be nice to know your prices

If I'm being honest, only 1/3 NEED recapping (1200). The others recapping is just a nice to have. Shipping wouldn't be too bad as you'd just ship the main board .

I've not recapped a 500/1000 in some time, so I don't recall what time was required for those. The 1200 is $85, but if I was doing all 3 it'd be less. Regardless I'd give you a great price.

Oh, I was under the impression that old systems generally need recapping. I would even consider it for my C64's if they're needed. But it's good to know that it's just the A1200 that I'd really need to worry about here.

Thanks for the pricing! When the time comes, you'll definitely be in mind

The 500/1000 generally only use the caps for power filtering and they were pretty well speced (nichicon caps). I won't hurt to do it, just not MANDATORY. If you want them done, like I said would make a deal price
