FS-UAE up and running, but......
When I launch using (the Launcher app cross platform emulator in Linux Mint), either inbuilt games a black screen is displayed then a few seconds later some sound is heard and typically no video. There is on occasion, a game video credit displayed but it does not go on any further. When I launch FS-UAE using the Linux Mint Launcher and configuration for FS_UAE app, a black screen is displayed with "no configuration file" displayed on the lower left of the screen. How do I resolve this? How do I make a configuration file? What's in it?
Can you assist. Thank you Last edited by zeke1312; 12 September 2015 at 21:44. |

A configuration is all the settings you make to set up the Amiga you are trying to emulate. Basically, click through all the menus and select the things you want to set, and when you are finished make a name for your settings in the text box in the lower-left (right beside the red arrow with the disk). Then click the red arrow with the disk and you've just made a config file!

There are too few details in your post to know if there is a problem or not. You need to add fs-uae.log.txt to your post with a more specific description of what you are trying to run.
(But it can sound like you are running FS-UAE without a proper Kickstart ROM...?) |

I now have FS-UAE running, well kinda. I have the classic 3.0 workbench running. My objective is to get it running on Linux Mintn17.2 like I have it working on Windows 7.
