Amiga Video Adapter - RGB to VGA SVGA (BUFFERED) with DB23 ORIGINAL - PCB INSIDE!O_o
...The best Amiga RGB-VGA adapter on the WEB with original D-SUB DB23 female...
This is the ONLY VIDEO ADAPTER realized on PCB board (buffered) and with ORIGIANL DB23 Female : no DB25 cutted! This is real professional RGB-VGA adapter for your AMIGA >>> ...take your time and check all the pictures...check the real and original DB23 PIN <<< ADAPTER FEATURES 1) D-SUB DB23-pin female (ORIGINAL COMMODORE) to DB15-pin HD female. 2) All connection realized with high quality PCB (no wired!) 3) Backshell cover adapter is DB25-DB15 4) Buffered/unbuffered option available DESCRIPTION This adapter allows you to connect a VGA/SVGA* or Multiscan monitor to your Amiga RGB port. This is fully buffered for Commodore-Amiga 500, 500+, 600, 1200 or "big box" Amiga systems (not Amiga 4000 because back cover shell DB23 is needed). This adapter allows you to use the following display modes: DBLPal DBLNTSC Euro 36Hz and 72Hz Super72 Multiscan/Productivity VGA Only *SVGA IMPORTANT NOTE: *SVGA monitor must be able to sync the Amiga's 15Khz signal (most CRT monitors have no problem doing this). Some LCD monitors such as DELL U2410 or BENQ BL702A sync down and support 15Khz- check your monitor specifications for more information. If your monitor does not support 15KHz, then you will not get a picture until the software drivers are installed and workbench is loaded. PRICE (with Paypal friend) Buffer option --> 12€ Unbuffered --> 11€ SHIPPING PRICE EU: 5,50€ Worlwide: 7,50€ With Paypal traditional +6% on total amount for fees @Update 9 October From today new cover shell available..I like it!. What are the advantages/disadvantages unbufferd vs. buffered? And how does this compare with the silver-colored C= one that shipped with the 1084?

Unbuffered is enough for Amiga 500 500+ 600 and 1200.
For other system Sync buffering is needed..so Amiga 2000,4000 and other Amiga big box. Without buffered option you wouldn't see anything with an Amiga big box like 2000,4000,ecc |

If you want to play with the extra screen (>15kHz VGA type) modes offered by AGA you require one for the A1200 or CD32 if you have a riser with a DB23 port on the back |

While I do have a 15kHz capable monitor, how exactly does one get it working with 31kHz ones? Do you have to configure something on workbench? And if so, is it just a matter of waiting on boot until it gets into that configured mode for the image to appear?

What does this mean in relation to the Amiga 4000? Is the back cover shell you provide too big, not big enough, or something? |

The best solution is video card converter like GBS8200 or other video card converter
