I just found this resource. If these work with Amiga, that would be nice for 18 bucks:

Yes they work but they're the most uncomfortable and unresponsive pieces of shit ever made. Get yourself a Wico Boss or Wico Command Control.

Probably 6 of them - all broke in use. Used 1 sheet of thick Lexan and 1x 0.3 L can of contact cement to fix them many, many times. Blisters, blisters...

Back in the day, when I was a big Amiga game player, I swore by the old Atari 2600 joysticks. I don't know if I had mine just broken in really well from when I used them on the 2600, but I found them much more comfortable and responsive than the Epyx joystick and Wico Boss that I once had. I guess it's all in personal preference or play style.

I had a number of genuine atari ones from a real 2600 ours were very well worn in but i still remember the hand cramps from holding it and pressing the button...

I'll take a steel springed Competition Pro any time. The rubber springed ones are not that nice. :-)

Mine were also genuine Atari 2600 ones. I used them so much that the black rubber around the stick had come off, but I kept using it, maintaining it, repairing it from time to time until I got out of the Amiga.

Recently, I tried playing some games on a real Amiga using an Epyx joystick, and my index finger was cramping within minutes of trying to play just about anything.
