Pinball Dreams NTSC - did disk 1 exist?

Disk 2 has been dumped in RAW form (and works fine as IPF), but was there ever a NTSC version of disk 1? It seems like there would be, because the vertical centering (and content) seem formatted for PAL, but it's odd that it seems nowhere to be found. Even on eBay, only disk 2 was ever there as far as I can tell.

(It's worth noting that you *can* boot disk 1 in NTSC, insert NTSC disk 2 when prompted, and the tables themselves indeed display and play in 60Hz 200p.)

The one in the zone isn't OK? It seems to work fine, is most definitely NTSC, and survived conversion from IPF to SCP and back to IPF without a single warning. Given it never needed to be written to by the game, I'm taking that as a good sign that it's likely unmodified and OK.

I have this disk set in NTSC. I tried to dump it and was told there are errors. Got ahold of another disk set in NTSC. Both disk sets have this error, WHDLoad installed fine with them.
