Found some old sourcecode (Defjam & CCS + Megaforce & World of Wonders?)
I've pretty much had a whole bunch of disks with various Amiga sourcecode on them for the last 20 years. I've carted them around with me from house move to house move and last night, I finally archived them to .adf with a kryoflux drive.
A lot of the disks had errors, but some are error free... Turns out I have sourcecode for the Defjam & CCS compact disk menu (amongst other things) and also some Megaforce sourcecode. This looks like it dates from kickstart 1.2 era with Seka etc... so pretty old. One disk has the sourecode for this: blaj: dc.b $34/2+6,"DEFJAM and CCS Proudly Present:" dc.b $4c/2+6," Compact Disk No 5 " dc.b $76/2+6,"[F1] Frostbyte (085 K)" dc.b $8e/2+6,"[F2] Gunshoot (165 K)" dc.b $a6/2+6,"[F3] Mach 3 (152 K)" dc.b $be/2+6,"[F4] Rolling Thunder (124 K)" dc.b $d6/2+6,"[F5] Slaygon (148 K)" dc.b $ee/2+6,"[F6] Wizball (134 K)" dc.b 0 even and the other disk has this mentioned in the startup-sequence: ... MEGAFORCE z (HOLLAND) yPRESENTS: --------- y...SPREAD ON: ??-??-1988... ; ; HI , THIS IS ONLY FOR MEGAFORCE-MEMBERS......................! ; ; y = STOPS THE SCROLL (LAST 10 CHARACTERS) ; z = TURNS THE SCROLL AROUND (LAST 10 CHARACTERS) ; @ = COPYRIGHT SIGN ; ; YOU ALSO CAN USE: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ ; 0123456789!,.()+-/:"#&= (THAT'S ALL) ; ; YOU MUST END THE SCROLLTEXT WITH THE CHARECTER: ` ; YOU CAN FIND THIS CHARACTER UNDER THE ESCAPE KEY ; Looks like there is sourcecode for a World of Wonders intro too but this stuff is so old its not even using incbin to include data. It looks like you must load the raw data of the module and graphics into fixed addresses for the code to run. Not had time to investigate any further but will upload these to the zone if there is any interest? |

Yay more source to leech ,
One of the Defjam compilation disks has the source code to their boot intro, don't know what disk it is tho. HQC seemed to have the most OS friendly ones. Last edited by redblade; 24 February 2013 at 13:54. Reason: extra notes |

If anybody has any old Amiga sourcecode I would appreciate if they could return the favor and share it in the zone. Always interesting to have a look how things are done
