Yes! Already being worked on! It's mostly complete, but there are some bugs to squash before release. Though, it will not have speech support because the speech libraries are not PPC compatible

The upgrades in Cloanto's 3.X, to the best of my knowledge, are about workbench.library, installer, FFS, and that's it.

Quick update.

A native PPC AmigaOS 4.1 version is almost ready for release. And it also includes speech support. Expect a release in the coming days.

AmigaGPT has received its largest update in its entire history!

Version 1.4.0:

* AI image generation! Switch between chat and image generation mode by clicking the tabs at the top of the screen
* Colour tweaks
* Status bar shows more information and colours
* About screen can now be dismissed with any key press or mouse click
* The OpenAI API key requester now populates with the existing key if it exists so you can more easily find and fix typos in the key
* Added the ability to set the chat system (new "Chat System" menu item)
* Fix crash when having a conversation consisting of a few messages

* Change the stack size in the program .info file to the recommended 32768 bytes
* Fix bug where accents were not loaded properly resulting in the speech to fail. If you get an error when generating speech, go to the menu and set the accent again

I tried AmiGPT on my Amiga but it is not working. It keeps saying err_SSL_err and cannot openAI when I have put the openAI AI key. I don't know what else to do? Do I need to pay for API monthly subscription to use AmiGPT?

That error can happen if your current system clock is not set to the correct date and time.

For API access you only need to have paid for some API credits in your account. You don't need to pay for a ChatGPT Plus subscription on top.
