are you using a cracked ADF? if so try another version (check out www.planetemu.net for an extensive amiga TOSEC section) since some versions are just buggered up beyond repair.
as for cute games, I can list several Taito titles (same peeps who coded New Zealand Story): Bubble Bobble Rainbow Islands Parasol Stars Plotting check em out |

What about the sequel to Robocod, Operation Starfish? Very few people here like it, but it seems to have all the qualities of its predecessor.

Chase, they're zip files, just rename and open em with winzip or whatever you use
yeah, I liked the James Pond series and Nebulus (bloody difficult) but how about the Zool series? those were cool oh, and Tearaway Thomas and SuperFrog and....etc |

I wouldn't hesitate if I knew what the controls were and what all the power ups did, but I haven't got a clue. Robocod is one of my all time favourite Amiga games so I jumped at the chance to play the sequel - I didn't even know it existed until about 6 months ago, but I just couldn't get to grips with it at all. I posted a question about it here at the time, but either no-one was familiar with it or they couldn't work it out. I'll search Google and see what I can come up with.
Edit: this link - http://www.baetzler.de/amiga/jamespond3.html is probably the most helpful article around on Operation Starfish. A bit more in depth than the usual I like it/I don't like it. It seems that you may be better off playing the CD32 version so you can use the extra buttons. Last edited by dreamkatcha; 23 February 2003 at 15:11. |
