Broken CIA? These are the chips are notorious for breaking and they are also connected to the keyboard.
Broken CIA chips will stop Kickstart from booting. |

Unclip and disconnect the keyboard flex cable and then power on and retry booting into diagrom with just an amiga mouse connected.
If that solves the diagrom loop issue then you need to look at the keyboard membrane, its connection and any stuck keys. |

Note - you can use diagrom with just the mouse when the keyboard is disconnected.
From the video it looks like the hardware is seeing a permanent "0" key press from the keyboard. |
