[REQUEST] disable video refresh when in background

Hi Toni,
would be possible to disable video refresh when in background/iconified? Maybe it does this already?

I ask you this because I've noticed on my laptop that when WinUAE screen is open and I'm at WB my laptop fans keep a low profile. The strange thing is that when WinUAE is in bg I can clearly hear the fan speed increase like it was consuming much more CPU (?)... My impression is the emulator goes in throttling full speed mode when iconfied/in background, which is weird. Is it just Windows or maybe something could be improved in WinUAE?

Why not change 'when inactive' to pause emulation or even low? Seems a bit much to try and pause the video when it's there - if you have it open it must be doing something or you'd just surely close it.

Refresh is already disabled if minimized but I think it is wrong because it also prevents Windows "popup" window updating (even if emulation is still running) when mouse is hovered over task bar icon. Windows should handle it automatically anyway (if nothing visible, don't render it)
