Can you/Does anybody use an A2000 keyboard on an A4000?

I should have two spare keyboards in my collection somewhere, because I had two A2000 systems that died from battery corrosion 2 decades ago before I even knew what that was in the early days of the internet.

Was wondering if they have the same wiring so you can get/make some sort of adaptor for the DIN vs mini DIN socket between that combo of hardware?

Yes, you can use A2000 keyboard with A4000 Amiga with an adapter. You should be able to buy the adapter, it's just standard DIN to MINI DIN PC adapter.

Yes, I use the A2000 kb in my A4000D.
Its only a DIN to mini DIN adapter, cost only a few cents

Can't get that sweet sweet NMB action otherwise. :-D

Also you can change the cable if you like. Someone did that to the A2000 keyboard that I have, changed it for a CDTV cable.
