Looking for multimedia application

Here's a nice little search. I remember an application that was seen in an episode of inspector Morse, of which I have no more leads than this:

I do remember from back in the day that this application was some sort of multimedia suite with which you could build your own presentations or applications by dragging and dropping.

Any help on my quest for finding this application is much appreciated!

Try [ Show youtube player ] at a fraction over 36 minutes.

There are several programs that do the sort of thing you're asking about.

AmigaVision has a drag and drop interface for one.

we recently discovered UltraCard and Foundation - but AmigaVision is more intuitive

any other scene in the youtube link, beside 36" ?

that could be a simple Superbase display too... but I'm thinking it's "Ledger" an account software from 1986 ^^)
