The original Atari 2600 joystick, no doubt.

I have an Ocarina shaped joystick at a friend's house, it took me at least 10 minutes to figure only EVEN how to hold the darned thing!

I'll ask him to take some pics, it needs to be shared

Well, compared to the Intellivision 'Disc of Horror'-controller and the Colecovision 'I got blisters on my fingers'-controller, it was pure brillance, even if it didn't survive five minutes of playing Decathlon.

What about this monstrosity of a joystick:

Quickshot IX Deluxe... you controlled it with the FULL hand (or feet if you like ;-) ) ... it made practically anything almost completely unplayable

As mentioned the Cheetah 125+ is horrible, the only problem is I've got 3 of them as I couldn't find any others that were compatible with my ZX Spectrum +2.

Don't use them with my A500/A1200 - Quickshot Python's work better.

Although the Konix Speedking was great for sports games, it was naff for anything else.

if you want a serious joystick you have to build it

Worst controller is your standard C32-pad, broke 2 brand new ones in like 2 days of playing Sensi:

Best controller(except the Seimitsu equiped one I've built for the Miggy) is Hori Mini for N64(I do like the original N64 controller, but the stick tends to grind to a pulp internally to quickly):

Gah, I still think the CD32 controller is the best controller ever.
Never had one broke on me at all.

How can we play with this? It have some kind of gyroscope inside? Fire button looks like on/off switch from another device (hair dryer perhaps).

It has a mercury switch which is activated while you move the stick. Very sluggish and inaccurate. An ancient Wii mote. There was a similar stick, built some years before.

A few of us had the Konix Megablaster bundled free with some Hewson games. Nice while it lasted but they only ever lasted a week or two. The camera flash was probably enough to break this one:

Isn't that a trackball rather than a joystick ?

Nobodies mentioned the Joysticks for the Dragon 32?

The only joystick I can remember that actually did not auto centre!
