Would this be any good? What sort of compiler are you using?

If datasheets do the trick, here's the 3207 datasheet, its an "optimized" variant of the 3210, seems to be largely software compatible.

Unfortunately not. I actually posted the datasheet of the 3210. However, they both just describe the DSP electrical and bus characteristics.


The DSP32C document I mentioned also has the instruction set summary included, which is what I think they are more after.

Probably not that helpful, but a nice "specs paper" from Dave Haynie on the "DoubleThink" processor+DSP 3210 card for the A4000.

Does anyone have the DSP working with a DMAC 04?

I just sent my AA3000+ that has the DMAC 04 to Hese to repair and enable the DSP and wanted to know anyone has the working with the 04 and what to expect?

Not yet. I need to get someone to desolder the dmac 02 in my machine and replace it with a socket so I can try the dmac 04 in there.

A10001986 and Matze might have tried their 04 chips, so would be worth asking on the A1K forum thread.
