Do like me. I have a friend that builds this sort of things for me. He's great with electronics!

It is difficult to transact on eBay without a credit card, but I suppose not impossible.

Amigamancer : it depends on where the person lives. If it´s inside the EU then you can try bank transfer. If not then find a friend close to you that has got a PayPal account and let him do the payment and then give him the money

I have found out that there are a lot of people that do this
