I'm after a good bit of software for AmigaOS 3.1 which as one of it's functions (or primary function) is to test Chip MEM and Motherboard Fast Mem.
It's for an A4000D with 2+16Mbytes Preferably one you've tested on such a setup and it passes. Thanks in advance I tried this software : http://aminet.net/package/util/moni/MemTest And with the Memtest-020 one I get errors all over chip-ram e.g. Error at 007a82f8 -> fffffff And fast RAM e.g. Error at 08000028 -> ffffffff and yet it is running games and demos etc. Tried it in WinUAE and I get the same. The old (but trusted) Amitester (available on the applications TOSEC package) is a good choice.

I found a reliable one when I was diagnosing some bad RAM in my A1200. I'm pretty sure it was this:
