Dpaint instability

I'm running Dpaint 5.2 on an 060 and find that it's incredibly unstable. I'm using standard AGA modes and it still crashes often.

Is there a more 060-friendly version of DPaint, or should I stick to a non-060 machine?

Do you have Picasso96 installed? Even if you are not using those screen modes, it's not stable...

Anything past DPaint III is not written by Daniel Silva, though. It got a little crashy after that anyway.
