Event hacking and window focus
I have two questions regarding dealing with Intuition focus window. This is for API 3.1.
I have a menu that I want to access by holding a qualifier key, no matter which window has focus. The idea is to redirect all menu events to another window port, which owns the particular menu. Commodities exchange seems like a good candidate, but it sits before Intuition, so I cannot see how I can intercept the IntuiMessage and alter them. If I have a full screen application, which is a screen and a single backdrop window, I want that window to be selected when its screen goes to front. How can it be done? |
