Dude! This is awesome! Keep up the great work! I always was disappointing with the Amiga version. I think it was an ST port. :P

Not really. The Spectrum and CPC coder was Mike Lamb. ST coder was Peter Johnston (amiga too).

there's no link between both games.

Robocop Meets Johnny Dorelli in the video soundtrack from the 60s - btw Dorelli also used to do a parody of Diabolik called Dorellik; i was not even born but i seen replicas
(and am going to send updated version of songs, will work on capture samples from the movie on the week)

Any reason anyone can think of why this game can't be near arcade perfect?

Yes you need an A1200 to get a perfect replica of this game (with parallax, colors, etc).

OR for seko to learn to use sprites for parallax (bit tough in blitz), will still not be perfect but look a bit better however is using most sprites for robocop itself

You are right. no parallax and less color. Amiga 1200 is required for parallax and more color. I think parallax can be made on a standard Amiga 500. Parallax can be made using sprites as Saimon69 wrote.

In the video below, there is a video where I parallax using dualplayfield.

Oh man, that looks once again, fantastic. Will you keep the parallax?

That background looks awesome, I see progress in quality of graphics. I wonder because I do not remember where there enemies in those black windows? Could it be possible to make those black windows transparent to make them reflect same background sky?

Parallax looks great and really impressive use of colour if running in 8 by 8 colours. Obviously a 1200 would give you 8 more colours for both background and foreground and more processing power as I would still worry that an A500 would struggle with all the blitting reqiured!

Does look amazing though and if this is how the original looked...
