lowlevel ReadJoyPort port#2/3

The lowlevel.library function ReadJoyPort supports reading 4 ports.
Port number 2/3 refer to some DualController where port #2 is read via port #0 too and port #3 via port #1. It will shift 18 bits instead 7 on port 2/3 for the buttons. Directions are read the same lines so controller needs to switch depending on shift count.
Do such DualController exist and is there any software using them?

Worm Wars supports 4 CD32 gamepads via lowlevel.libary, but not having 4 gamepads nor any dual controller I was not able to test this on real hardware.

It may be written in some docs for game. But without special hardware it is not possible that lowlevel supports 4 gamepads.
