Very nice idea using the HD cradle to mount the CD-ROM!
Kudos mate, loved the work

You make it look easy! Seeing these helpful pix has got me thinking... Could you mount such a cd drive so that the slot for the CDs is on the side rather than behind?

Hi,
You can not put the CD turned to the left side. You don't have the right length. Trust me it's the best position for the CD-Rom. It does not interfere with the Accelerators (memory/cooling of the accelerators), the Indivition or the Kickstarts.
You see the REAL problem it's not only to put an accessory inside a machine but to arrange everything so that you have the right temperature in the machine and to predict for future upgrades ALWAYS without destroying the beauty of the manufacturer (It must look AMIGA).

Thank you!
