Overclocking 68000
The 68000 can be raised by overclocking to 50 mhz?

No, not really. There are some CMOS versions (iirc 68SEC000) which could handle that but what's exactly the point? You'll still have to communicate with amiga board with 7MHz-like interface because that's what it is design to do. And without fast mem it's basically useless anyway.
