Epia 800mhz mini-itx board.

Comes with box, driver cd, backplane and 320mb ram.

That includes the CPU doesn't it? I mean it is fitted directly to the motherboard, no socket right?

Fanless? What is the performance like for decoding AVI's?

CPU is directly on the Motherboard. Not fanless, there is small fan but I think with a decent 3rd party heatsink it could run fanless.

Not sure of the performance of decoding video files or DVDs etc. I never got round to buying all the bits (hdd etc) for it and just want rid as I doubt I'll ever use it.

I'm sure there will be some reviews out there...

If this board uses the Via C3 800mhz CPU then AVI/DVD decoding/recoding performance will be quite poor! With it using SDRAM and having USB 1.1 i assume it's also quite old?

I have a feeling it's this board:
