Me loves Sensible World of Soccer!
Now with my new RAM, I was able to install it in my hard disk! After many years, I chose Division 3's Colchester United, loaded my beloved SWOS editor, changed the name to the legendary "Athens United" (dated back to the Player Manager days) (and I resisted the temptation to change my players and my funds) and started a promising carrer to Europe's top!

Every Brit soccer fan knows that Oldham Athletic is the greatest club on earth. That they have not been in the Premier League for a long time is pure discrimination.

Ah, finally. A thread about Sensi.
All other footy games pale in comparison. Did I mention that I am quite good at this game? Fred, I won't laugh. Oh pish. Yes I will. Bwuhahaha!!! Just curious: is there something I should know? Relations in Oldham? |

No relations, Oldham Athletic just rocks. I saw them beat Aston Villa I think in 1993?? or 1990??
Anyway, they rock. |

To each their own, I guess. It's a good thing we don't have to choose, I love them both, KO2 is the ultimate 2 player game but as far as playing against the computer with the carrier option goes, you can't beat SWOS.

Hey Blackcornflake, we should make a world EAB meeting somewhere, just so I could BEAT YOU at SWOS..
I am unbeatable, believe me, since I got good, I never lost one single match of SWOS, I played against all my friends against the guys which used to give me the pirated games, I played against everyone who knows SWOS here in Rio de Janeiro and I´ve beaten THEM ALL.. You are next, Bcornflake..... |

You're on, Shatterhand. I look forward to our meeting. It should make for one great match.
Yeah, I'm sure you are good, but in my experience, nobody is unbeatable. We should start selling tickets. RCK? |

LOL
You're all just pretenders to the throne. I'm sure I'd beat all you SWOS wannabees.
I've been honing my SWOS skills for 7 years now. I'd say I now know every SWOS trick in the book! It's true though that no one is unbeatable. Hell even I lose sometimes when I'm not concentrating. I'll stop blowing my own trumpet now! |

Well, I must also admit I havent been playing it too much lately, I may be in the need of some practice
I used to make leagues with me playing with a crap team (Say, Aston Villa.. HAHAHA, no serious, like a random African Team), and lots of big teams for the CPU (Guys like AC Milan and Barcelona), and I could easily win the league without any defeats |
