Did Pinball Dreams have a version that ran at 60fps?

In the case of DOS and low-res Amiga NTSC games, it actually is. Both VGA and Amiga without interlace display a progressive image. In the case of the Amiga each NTSC field becomes one low-res non-interlaced frame.

Does anyone know if Pinball Dreams and Pinball Fantasies still work on iOS 14? (if previously downloaded, of course)

I haven't updated an iOS 13 iPhone I have with those games as to not loose access to these precious gems. The downside to not updating the phone are the vulnerabilities. Therefore, keeping WiFi off is highly recommended.

They also got released as psp mini games on the psn store. If you have access to a psp, psvita or ps3 you can still buy them in the psn store (or find the iso's if you have custom firmware)

These work under PPSSPP too. Play them on my phone as Amiga emulators are not liking my S20 at the moment.

@pubzombie, thanks for your reply. I'm not sure what you might mean by "it needs iOS update". Is it your iPhone that is already on iOS 14 and has a pending iOS 14.4.1 (at this time of writing) update? Or are you referring to Pinball Dreams that needs an update to work on iOS 14?

I have Dreams and Fantasies and not only do they both work fine on latest iOS 14.4, but you can purchase them.

Could it be available for iPhone and not for iPad? Was it ever playable on the iPad? The GB App Store has the following notice "This app is available only on the App Store for iPhone."

Regarding pubzombie's report, could it be due to these games working on some models of devices with iOS 14 and not others?

@pubzombie, could you please confirm if you were trying to launch "Pinball Dreaming: Pinball Dreams" or Pinball Dreams HD? If I'm not mistaken, Pinball Dreams HD had stopped working starting with iOS 12. I never purchased the HD versions, so I can't report on these.

All iPhone games are compatible with iPad, but the way the screen is scaled up from phone to tablet has varied between iOS versions. If you are on an iPad you need to make sure you search for iPhone games in AppStore.

I am running on an iPhone 8 or iPad 5th Gen, but I have had no issues since they updated 5 years ago for iOS 9.

The HD versions have gone yes correct, but to be honest they weren't quite right, something was off / slightly buggy about them.

iPhone SE (1st Gen) here. Internally it is similar to an iPhone 6, though 6 doesn't have an iOS 14 update. Has anyone had success with Dreams or Fantasies on an SE1G with iOS 14? Downgrading is not something I want to try on an iPhone since iOS 13 no longer is signed by Apple.

Pinball Dreams and Fantasies IOS are both running fine on iOS 15.2 here.
