It is...
This is the first time I've had the chance to get to an internet machine....... dial up does not rock!
Anyway, its now got a 1.3 GIG drive which has MUI installed and a few other goodies, other than that, its empty of crap and useable straight away. This machine is now available. |

Do you want to sell it as a whole, or are you willing to split the KS3.1 Chips/HD and if yes, how much for?

To be honest...
I have A12oo's coming out my ears, so I don't need another one thats been stripped.
Its worth more to sell complete, which for £80 is a fair bargain: KS 3.1 Roms £30 OS 3.9 CD £25 Drive £15 Accelerator board £65+ Your getting a bargain buying the whole machine mate. Entirely up to you, im in no hurry to sell, but if someone on here wants it, its there up and running and ready to go. |

I don't need the entire machine as I already have a working one.
I am also not interested in those parts at those prices considering 3.1KS Chips are only £24 shipped new. |

They try selling external miggy floppy drives for 65 pounds over here in Canada. |

Commodore had a HQ in the city I lived. I remember calling the repair center asking if I could order an agnus chip. Bastards said I would have to send it in for repair for 90 bucks. I could buy the chip from an authorized reseller for 40 and install it myself.
Being an ex-employee of Palm Inc. and now working for Fujitsu, I know how important it is to be able to sell whatever parts the customer wants. The amiga users in Toronto were few but loyal. However, we pay dearly for our loyalty. LOL. |

For some reason Amiga's just dont go for any decent money in the UK.
The last time I bought an amiga was when for £50 I got.... 1xAmiga A1200 with 18 meg ram / 68030 + fpu / 400 meg hd plus some other bits (later sold for £50) 1xAmiga A1200 with 18 meg ram / 68030 - fpu / 2 gig hard drive / squirrel scsi card and external cd-rom drive plus external floppy drive and other bits (still got) both Amiga's came with stero monitors as well. Amiga A500's can be bought for £5-£10 at boot fairs - if you can find them now. |

Got it fired up and running sweeet, only trouble is my PAL monitor's decided to join the land of buggered line output curcuits and no longer does its job too well.
Anyone know of a PAL monitor somewhere near Halifax UK, or willing to post one there (for not too much postage )? Cheap prefered, but no reasonable offer refused So, that makes A4000, A1200, CD32, A500+ and last, but not least, A500; plus addon's and other cards.... All the Amiga's I ever wanted to own!!! Hey guy's Dreams can come true! OK, it was a small, mean spirited dream, but it's mine, so there Cheers Galahad |
