Amiga-related Christmas presents
Anyone here had any good Christmas presents to do with the Amiga? It could be a game, an app, some bizarre merchandise, or indeed an actual computer.
I never had that many Miggy presents at Christmas; the only one I can recall was a copy of Clockwiser one year. Exciting, huh? I still wasted a lot of time on that game though. You lot must have had more interesting Amiga gifts than that one... |

I nearly had an Amiga present..
My ex knew that I needed an internal floppy for my 1200 so decided that she was going to bid on a used one on fleabay for Chrimbo. Imagine my horror when she told me her bid of £26 was sniped at the last moment and the seller had sent her a second chance offer (I bet he did!) and asked me if this was legit and should she accept it. I advised her to buy me socks and smellies instead. Twenty six quid |

Nice thread.
I´ll get some games from my girlfriends sister. She ordered them at www.comhof.de! Brand new classics for 0,50-1,50€!! E.g. Virocop. Last year my parents gave me a 4way ide adapter (A4000) and some more cool stuff from amigakit.com. Ah yes and Battletoads CD32, Out to lunch CD32 and the Competition Pro Classic from Vesalia! In 2005 I got T-Zer0! But I´ll never forget christmas 1994 when I got a brand new CD32 incl. Microcosm. I LOOOOOVE AMIGA PRESENTS. |

Sadly, they ran out of stock while waiting for a reply from amigakit. So no CW for me unfortunately.

I know christmas is over but i just received a new monitor. I got a very nice Microvitec M1764. One of the best Monitors manufactured back then for the Amiga i think.
Here are the stats for the interested: Screen Size: 17" Display Area: 320 x 240mm Dot Pitch: 0.28mm Horizontal Sync: 15Khz - 64Khz Vertical Sync: 50Hz - 120Hz The monitor has a fully electronic on-screen display including special options related to genlocking and audio visual. The monitor was built by MicroVitec but rebranded by Amiga Inc. |
