That's because you use the Magic Mouse from Apple. These mouse doesn't support both key presses on the same time.

A solution is, that you map a mouse button to a keyboard key combination. Look at the FS-UAE online manuals to so how to do this.

Yes, you can, but the boot process can be much quicker under emulation so you have to have the buttons held down as it starts. This works fine under the Linux version of FS-UAE, but if it still doesn't work for you, it's possible there's an issue with OS X and holding down the mouse buttons when a task starts.

I have been looking for the possibility of some mouse-keyboard mapping but there is no possibility or at least I have not found.

Maybe it's what you say, it should be an issue in osx.

have both mouse buttons different functions in mac os x?

As default, each button do the same in Mac OS X. Please have a look in your preferences and set the right button to secondary.

Using both mouse buttons works fine for me in OSX. As others have said, the bootup may be so fast that you must press the buttons as soon as you launch the emulator.

My right button is set correctly. I use a Logitech mouse with the Logitech control panel, maybe that can affect

And also press as fast as I can..

Anyway after osx users confirm that it works, I'm more calm...

thanks for the tips
