Greetings FrodeSolheim,

I first would like to personally thank you for this marvelous software of UAE architecture you have designed. FS-UAE opened up a window to my creative past long ago, I cannot express how much joy it has provided and how nice it runs on my 2020 Mac Pro.

With a bit of context, I am a senior sound designer, audio director that has worked in both video games and film over the years. I've had the pleasure to work for CBS, Volition Inc, Paramount, Blizzard, THQ, Interplay, Novalogic which come to mind. If you'd like to see my youtube page HERE.

Though this is my primary job, my roots are within the amiga demoscene back from the 1980's as I was a part of Agile, The Silents, recently TRSI, and Fantasy. You can read my history HERE. So besides the congratulations. what other reason am I contacting you? Let me explain. I started composing on the amiga with soundtracker 1.0, moved to protracker later in years, ending up my final destination with OctaMED. While I can play all my original protracker and prior music, OctaMED has been a challenge for the last 27 years to overcome. I have tried all solutions with little success including PC OctaMED, Renoise, etc.

OctaMED was a hybrid tracker, with the ability to incorporate MIDI within the native sample capabilities as I'm sure you know. I owned an Amiga 1000, Amiga 500, and finally a Amiga 3000T and all run outstanding and accurate using my original data from those years with your software. The only missing component was MIDI support.

I would like to offer my help testing FS-UAE 4.0 with MIDI for macOS. Any assistance I can help to get MIDI working properly, I am on board to help with!
