horiz. size & vert. size greyed out in some configurations
in some configurations i can't change horizontal and vertical size in filter tab. these are greyed out. on which settings do these depend in order to be changable?

Just a guess, you don't have "DirectDraw" set instead of either "Direct3D 9" or "Direct3D 11" under the "Miscellaneous" section?

Set it from "Default" to "No Scaling". Then you can select the Zoom size horizontal/vertical. If you use integer values it's pixelperfect.
