NEW Amiga Printer?

Does anyone know of a printer make and model I can 1.) buy new and is 2.) supported by a driver in Amiga OS 3.2?

I know I'd need a parallel port printer... just don't know what make and model to buy, thanks!

All HP Laserjets works with Laserjet 4driver. You can even get it work through nework with this http://aminet.net/package/comm/tcp/lpr-dev

Though I haven't test it much, so at lest text printing works.

Epson LQ-590 is a current 24-pin dot matrix from Epson. More economical would be Epson LQ570+ (fast 24-pin dot matrix with tractor feed) - they are still around for multi-part forms and point-of-sale systems. You can definitely still buy ink ribbons and tractor paper and it's not hard to find.

All printers that understand postscript should be easy to use on an Amiga. This includes a wide range of models from Brother (which I personally prefer), HP, or even Lexmark. I'd go for a network printer, because parport ones are hard to find (except for the Epson models already mentioned).
I've had a 570+ back in the day and it was quite ok. But I'd never go back to dotmatrix printers because of the noise...
