Yep, your piece of software is MASSIVELY appreciated, a big % of Amiga users use it.
Keeping the proper distance with online negativity is something we all have to learn, regarding any subject What about updating the R3D Patreon page to help get in touch with the users community & get some more support ? ALSO please add a smaller support "tier" on Patreon, like 5€ per month ! cheers |

Massive big up also to the author of IMP, it should be in anybody's WBStartup folder :-)
I use it daily and I love it. |

Is there a way to disable the constant opening of s:imp.rescue? Right now I'm doing some troubleshooting of some program but SnoopDos fills the whole SnoopDos window with it's constant Open s:imp.rescue :-/
Would still like to run imp on the background! |

Ok, now I've been using the program for a little while and I got some neat in-chat help today for some pointers.
And I just gotta say.... Juen, you're genius. This is such much more than I first saw. This is such a passion project it's ridiculous =D Also a little side note. At first I registered through the site with nick + email and I expected to get an email but never got any. Then I tried registering directly in IMP and all it required was a nick and it gave me an ID straight away. I probably didn't pay attention, what's the correct way to register for full usage so that I know what to tell any friends get to use this software? =) |

thank you for the kind words. the new version is in the testing phase. has some minor fixes and above all can use impbox (imp accesses the network through a special device in the parallel port, without any ip stacks on the amiga)
ps: registration of imps is done only in the program |

Speaking of Intuition-friendly: Using input.device instead of banging good old $bfe001 would be nice, otherwise you can't exit the program after updating when using a USB mouse. I was stuck!
But I surely fell in love with IMP after updating, cool piece of software! |

Great bit of software! I must admit I am really confused by the registration thing though, I can launch fine from the shell with my registration code, but cannot figure out how to get it to use the code either from the icon or imp.prefs file.
