Free : Matrox Millenium II PCI GFX card
I doubt anyone will want this, if no-one asks for it by 3rd September it goes in the bin.
All you gotta do is send me the cost of 2nd class postage (~£3) in the form of stamps. First person to respond, send me your address in a PM and I'll tell you where to send the stamps. |

Sorry but I'm not going to mess about with international postage.
It has no plug in RAM module and the base spec for this card is 4MB so I'd say yes it is a 4Mbyte version. IMO this is the best PCI 2D GFX card there ever was. It was in my MAME machine but more recent arcade machine drivers require a decent 3D accelerator. |

I've still got one of those, I just found it in my PeeCee junk box of bits 'n' bobs. Which I've only just managed to squeeze back into the wardrobe.
It was a good 2D GFX card |

Hi Alex,
I'd hate to see that card go in the bin! If nobody else wants it, could I have it please? I'll PM you my details if there are no other bids for it tonight. |

Back in it's day it was partnered with a Voodoo II card (Diamond Monster 3D II) which is also here, but I am holding onto that card for prosperity.

Matrox Millenium II had great 2D performance but i preferred the old S3 Virge DX .... mainly because it worked great with Univbe providing Vesa 2.0 compatibility - I could never get Vesa 2.0 drivers to work with older Matrox cards
I must say that both the Matrox Millenium and S3 Virge had terrible 3D support! |

We used to call the S3 Dirge a 3D decelerator

Doesn't look like it.
I've thrown loads of stuff away today and it has been heart wrenching, but I need the space. Know anyone who has an Arcade Machine Museum in the UK that wants some donations? I think Archer Maclean lives near me, anyone know him? |

To be honest, I don't really want it either (I've got two 4MB Mystiques), but I hate to see good kit going in the bin.
I could always let JLPedro have it, as I don't mind sending stuff abroad. PM sent. |

But this isn't good kit or it wouldn't be going in the bin. I was keeping it for a rainy day, but you can get a far more competent card for £10 + postage.

It did give a better image than any of my Nvidia Geforce cards at 1024x768 but most LCD's have too high a native resolution these days.
