Setting up a PiStorm32lite with Mac OS

Hi guys, I hope you are enjoying the spring weather. I recently got a PiStorm32lite, however I seem to have run into issues getting the SD card setup within MacOS. All of the tutorials show how to partition the card in Windows however none for the Mac, I have tried it with DiskUtility but all I am able to do is format the card but it does not seem to be possible to partition it and change the ID. Has anyone else managed to set up their PiStorm via their Mac?
