Lightbulb Trading Blizzard 1230IV 64mb+ A1200 motherboard for a 1240 or 1260.

Hello.

I actually had an 1260 card a while back but traded it for a blizzard 1230 to be able to play games.

Now i have played most of the games i wanted to play and are more interested in pushing my 1200 to the limit in terms of speed.

I have ordered a 060 cpu of the latest rev, but i need a board to put it in.

I heard the apollo bord works fine but i guess a blizzard board would be even better.

So what i am offering is my 1230/64mb in original package with manual + a 1200 motherboard 1D4 tested and working with 3.0 kick roms, for a 1240 or 1260 board without cpu.

Only thing of importance is that it is garanteed to work when i put in the new cpu.

If you have a board but are unhappy with my terms we might work something out anyway, just leave me a pm or a mail.

You will also need the new rom, mach131 chip and voltage regulator to go to the 060 cpu

I thought the mach131 was optional, or not needed?

to upgrade to an 060 its needed as well as the updated rom.

PG said that some mach130 chips MAY work with the 060 but only clocked at 80mhz and then it's hit and miss as the mach130 chips are plagued with bugs.

Guys remember that the MACH131 chip is a programmable chip. It has to be a MACH131 programmed to be a 1260! Not just any old MACH131!
