Need rom spacers : 40 Pin DIP

Hi i dont want to buy the incredible expensive "Bvision Kit" . I dont want to be ripped off by buying such a kit too use my elbox fast ata III. i found this http://www.lichfieldelectronics.co.u...roducts_id=570 Is it compatible ? As well as if they are i will be buying more as the pins on romms suck and can easyli break compared to a DIP socket
