The link to the rar archive containing the "configuration files / gamedirs / sshots" for the APC&TCP games not included in the main pack is now dead (due to the EAB FTP purge).
Could someone share it again please? |

I guess people would like to try out Chicken Coop.
So, please just download / extract this file into "C:\WinUAE" |

While this collection does not contain as many games as others available.
It seems to be in constant development, so it won't be too long before it is THE go to Amiga collection. The effort put into creating and testing the collection is outstanding. I especially love the full size, pixel sharp screenshots with the correct aspect ratio. blurry jpg screen shots are a real pet hate of mine. :P only a couple of [very minor] things need to be tweaked. possibly having a global gfx mode rather than various settings in each game config. some have this setting... gfx_width_fullscreen=720 gfx_height_fullscreen=576 other games have this... gfx_width_fullscreen=640 gfx_height_fullscreen=480 Assimilation - Caffeine 2.uae contains these duplicate entries gfx_width_windowed=720 gfx_height_windowed=568 Italy 1990 - Winners Edition (U.S. Gold).uae [missing windowed setting] Liquid Kids [unreleased] [full game].uae gfx_height_fullscreen=400 but that is probably down to my insanity. the other is removing or fixing this game with a virus. If he changes his mind, fantastic, but in the meantime get GBAmiga 2.0 + DamienD's pack and you should have covered just about every base. |

I'll answer some of your points mad:
Quote:
Last time I checked, my friend Belgarth's official GameBase Amiga had about 2700. Having the .ADF, then the .IPF and then the WHDLoad version of a game doesn't count; it's still the same game... Quote:

...but by all means; go head and change everything to 720x576 in your copy if you so desire. Quote:
Viruses are not a big deal in emulation; you'll quit the game after playing so there's no chance of infecting other Amiga files. Last edited by DamienD; 19 July 2020 at 00:05. |

Really, considering I have setup / installed / configured sooooo many games by myself for this collection over the past 15+ years; what can I say, mistakes sometimes happen. These will now been rectified in the next Update Pack. |

Thanks for clearing up the differing fullscreen sizes.
I always use a Window mode in emulation, so it should not bother me (too much). I just noticed a few games that use English maths symbols in the files names. quarter, half, squared, cubed. These symbols can be problematic (changed to garbage) in Eastern European Windows. They are when used in GameBases anyway. Maybe someone can confirm if these work for you, via the WinUAE setup on Polish / Russian OS. Heya mad,
I knew I recognised your username / avatar from somewhere. You're heavily involved in GameBase Quote:
For some games I've had to play around with "Horizontal" and "Vertical" sliders to get them centred as best as possible. These games may not look great in "Windowed" mode. Quote:
These are the specific configs: https://mega.nz/file/UnB2hazQ#mPHdKf...xuXnBSXBxbA3Nw If some people have issues, then they should just rename those configuration files accordingly Last edited by DamienD; 19 July 2020 at 13:00. |

It's not possible to clean / fix this disk... hence why there is no clean copy in TOSEC. Trust me, I tried doing it myself. Just had a go fixing it... http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php...98343231777743 clean boot block fixed fastfilesystem correct narrator.device (in loose file) |

It was ages ago when I looked at this; can't remember exactly why I had issues...
I've just looked again; doing what you've done would definitely get rid of the "Blizzard v1.0" virus; and fixing the corrupt 2 x files by replacing them with good copies There are still lost files on disk, but hopefully not needed: |
