I only knew melondezign.com
I LOVE Melon's demos. No big programming showoff, but mucho style, something a lot of demogroups of the time didn't have. I am not surprised teh meloners now work on multimedia design (like most of the great demogroup people!) BTW I only get to a broken picture and nowhere to click |

Yeah I kind of like the way they made DESIGN productions............instead of just trying to out program other groups. Something that the amiga scene was calling out for......

Great site, thanks. Anyone know of a site that hosts their PC demos too? Ninja 2 is my all time favorite, but I'm sure there is more.

Well...
I think they stood for 'minimalism', which is a style the Japanese have clearly been doing for some years, and is the way I like my art

But K10K isn't minimal. At least not the website.
They are just micropixel style. |

Hello
I take it TDK as in Mark Knight? If so, nice to have you around. Last thing I heard you were working for Mindscape, what are you up to now?

Hi Galahad,
Yup, the one and the same Was made redundant from MS in 1996, so went freelance for a few months to do Duke Nukem PS1, Ended up at Bullfrog a few months after that, which 'evolved' into Electronic Arts. Been here ever since. Not writing music here anymore though, the last game was Dungeon Keeper 2. Shame, but I'm writing stuff at home, for an electric violin album... which may eventually get finished. Am thinking of maybe doing a couple of chippees for fun though |

Mark
Funny you should mention that, but if you do have some unpublished mods/chip tunes, a few games that were never commercially released will be getting a release after all, and it would be nice to have one of your chip tunes.. Also a few proposed other projects might come to fruition, would be nice to have a few well known names attached.
I know that Matt Simmons (4-Mat) was hoping to be asked, and frankly, I would give him one of my spare A12oo's if he was serious! |
