That's pretty cheap. The postage will cost more. Have the seller scan the missing pages for the same price!

That was much faster than expected. Manual is in near mint condition

I'll scan it next week and upload it. Pages 13 and 40 have text (I was half expecting them to be empty).

I didn't see a post on how the scanning process is done, but it seems like the scans are desaturated and sharpened for better readability?

I can only speak for my 'process': If the pages weren't weighed down during scanning you get grey areas where the paper didn't touch the glass. Those I try to correct with a mix of something similar to desaturation and maunally removing leftover 'noise' at the edge of the pages so that graphics don't look (too) off. Same with scans when the other side shines through. That does make the text more readable, but nothing is sharpened.
