Microbotics 12 A'Clock..?
A1200 I purchased came with this. Does anyone have the manual? Any reason why "DON'T REMOVE"?
Thanks |

Looks like a battery backed up clock for the clock port. If you remove the battery it is no longer battery backed up.
If you remove the plastic cover it might suffer from short circuits by touching the metal shield or other components. |

Oh that makes sense. I was thinking the metal contact has to touch the top of the battery.

I removed the battery and noticed the plastic shield has a hole so the metal contact can make contact with battery's positive side. Issue solved. Thanks thomas.
