Operation Tiger (Wolf 4), is there a rom?

Hi guys, very quick question, do any of you know if there is a working rom for Operation Tiger on MAME?!
The only ones I can find only gives you the intro and unable to play it.

I just tried it for myself with the latest available rom dated 31 Dec 2020 and it doesn't let you insert any coins and goes to a black screen after the initial title screen.

I wonder what's the hold up, I mean its now a 23yr+ year game and yet still no working rom, the game is on my channel in full but recorded with a camcorder from the arcade machine so not best picture and very low sound.
Cmon someone, get that working Op. Tiger rom available to download!

Operation Tiger (wolf 4) is power PC based. the sound is not hooked up and it's a very complicated piece of hardware.

Could be in for a very looooooong wait then to have a fully working version on MAME

Power PC you said? Hum, something for "Amiga NG" then if MAME has issue with it
