PLCC Extractor:
A spring-assisted extractdion tool designed for the removal of PLCC's from sockets.  they are pretty cheap (~5-10$) |

Get the proper tool (as shown). If you try to pry Agnus out with a small screwdriver you will most certainly break the socket.
