I say: If only I were rich...

This IS my most desperately wanted CD32 game ever, I've been searching for it for years (even though I have a copy of it, I want the original). And yeah, I know it's slow and jerky, and nearly impossible to beat, but it's still the closest the Amiga ever got to the arcade machine. Looks great (when it's not moving) and the music is nice, shame about the lack of voices in the sound effects.

Check out the high bidder, he just paid over 40 pounds for a pair of CD32 pens. I reckon he's got the money to spare, and is building up the ultimate CD32 collection.

For this amount though, you could buy an actual Super Street Fighter II arcade machine.

This is all bollocks since the price has been upped by this 303 guy on purpose. If you read the bidslist, it says it only shows real bids, not the autobids by the server. This means this guy has outbid himself a fuckload of timesjust to rise the price. He got lcky tht this collectiing bastad has loads of money to spare.

I will report this aucion, for it'sfraudulent. Same with the Xenon 2 one! Same seller, same fraud! The guy must have noticed this guy would pay whatever and did this on purpose.

Both games are already available on several ftps. Xenon 2 can be found quite often on eBay. I even got two original copies of it.

Maybe I should bid 450 euro on it. Probably won't win, but it'd be crazy to see the guy go higher. And Xenon 2 ? Well I didn't know it was on CDTV, so I guess it's rare too, but holy crap it's not worth that much.

Hahahah! Check out the Xenon 2 listing now. Perhaps a result of Akira's reporting antics?

streetfighter is still over $600 Australian thats fucking ridiculous and yeah rebel you could easily buy an arcade unit for that price round these parts anyway.

thats definately suss no way in hell is it worth that much. most i ever payed for a used game was about $100 bucks Australian which is about 60 EURO. that was for the coveted Knuckles Chaotix for Sega 32x. being a sega collector my max bid was $200 becuase i really wanted it but no way in hell would i pay 600 bucks for a crappy home version of sf2 when every bloke and his pentium2 can run it on bloody mame.

i say take your rare cd32 game and shove it up your ass

Hang on, check out the price on the Xenon 2 CD now... must have retracted the bids or something. I wish they'd retract those SSFIIT bids, I want that game for my collection.

Hey idoru and duke - if you're both interested in Xenon 2 then it's at a reasonable price now!

Methinks £339.00 (currently) is hardly a reasonable price
