Where can I get this super cool 3d program?

I'm planning to use that software with winUAE, winuae configuration helps would also be good.

Imagine is still being developed, so unfortunately it can't be uploaded to the Zone.

I'm sure Imagine 3.0 can be found on an old magazine coverdisk or in TOSEC, so it shouldn't be too hard to find by doing a web search. Links in the EAB FAQ should be helpful too.
