Thank you for this. So it's been 15 years since the source was released. Has anything been done with it? I still have a functioning A4000T Toaster/Flyer system with multiple TBCs. I am not a programmer so cannot really help much. Anyone?

The Toaster GUI works without the hardware.

That's great but what can you do with that?

Nothing with the actual Video Toaster, but people can load the switcher watch the transitions, perhaps record via WinUAE or something? PAL machines can load the Switcher and go "VROOM, VROOM, PEW, PEW, I'm operating a Video Toaster!" Perhaps some day it could support the Flyer software to cut video clips together and save them in non-realtime to make some semi-authentic Lightwave/Flyer videos. Or maybe eventually someone could get the Switcher, Lightwave, etc running fully in RTG mode. Last edited by grelbfarlk; 24 January 2019 at 04:15. |

This really makes me want to learn how to program. I have collected some good books and bought some software. I have SAS/C 6.5x with the binder, Devpac 3.x with the manuals, the Cubic IDE package, all of the Amiga OS's, and many classic machines. I just need to start somewhere.
