I'm assuming it's the Amiga side that is slow and I'm also assuming that you are opening the main shell automatically when Windows comes up. If this is the case then what's probably happening is Windows is still not done coming up when WinUAE is coming up and causing problems with WinUAE. I used to have the same problem, I solved it by letting windows completely finish coming up and then double click my short cut to bring up WinUAE. Sometimes the Amiga side would be so slow that I could hardly move the mouse pointer.

I hope this helps.

Adjust "CPU Idle"-setting. (But do adjust it too much or you will cause all kinds of side-effects)

Ok thanks for the Replys - Well I replaced Explorer.exe with WinUae.EXE in Regedit so no Start-Bar and no Desktop Icons straight into WinUae - Thanks -adjusting "CPU Idle"-settings has some affect but as soon as I click on a WB/Folder Cpu goes high again and loading Icons realy slow.So maybe WinUae is starting to quick?
When I F12 reset everything ok.
Anyway to could bulid a reset into the Default Script?

This is caused by something else.. Try disabling sound first, also disable vsync (if vsync-fullscreen enabled)
